An eyebrow, pupil and long spiral form a stylized black eye. The drawing recalls the wedjat, documented by the Met as Horus’s healed eye and as an amulet in ancient Egypt. This supplies the symbol’s context; the Pin presents a contemporary graphic version, with no verified provenance or artist and no attribution to a particular artifact.

Fabric and fit

100% combed ring-spun cotton; 142 g/m². Pre-shrunk unisex T-shirt, side-seamed, with shoulder-to-shoulder taping. White, with direct-to-garment printing on the front. The blank garment comes from Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras or the United States. Made to order. Images are mockups of the printed garment; appearance may vary slightly with fabric and screen. The lightweight fabric may appear see-through, especially in lighter colours or certain lighting conditions.
